Our Team
I completed my studies in 2010 at UJ and has since worked with various individuals to help them enjoy life to the fullest using exercise as a modality. I grew up playing every sport under the sun and being involved in any activity that kept me moving. This passion for moving & being involved in an active lifestyle led me to pursue a career where I can use this love. The body was designed to move, and I am a big believer in using exercise as a form of medicine to help people achieve their various goals. Your body can become very resilient if stimulated correctly, and you can often achieve much more than you thought by giving your body the correct “medicine.” I have helped various individuals reach their personal goals, such as completing their first triathlon, running their first half marathon, or being able to play with their grandchildren pain-free.

With a passion for sport and people I very quickly fell in love with the profession of Biokinetics. I completed my studies at the NWU with an undergraduate degree in BA Human Movement Science & Psychology, followed by a postgrad degree in BHsc (Hon) Biokinetics. I joined the TMBio practice in 2021 and am happy to say I have been growing with the team since then. I have always loved being active and am grateful for the fact that I get to help improve the lives of people, through my love for movement. I have experience in various sports (athletics, cross-country, netball, soccer, softball, dancing) and recently added triathlons to the list. Two of my life goals are to complete a Comrades Marathon as well as a full Ironman. I enjoy working with a variety of people in practice but developed a love for working with children and athletes helping them achieve their sport specific goals.
